Inner Strength


This week our focus is strength - physical, mental and spiritual.

We all go to AAY! BootCamp to continue to develop our strength through exercise, good nutrition, social interaction and mental focus.

Simply taking that 60-90 minutes per day to focus on YOURSELF is so powerful! Challenging yourself to push harder than you have before, or to learn a new skill (such as kickboxing or football!) can give you a new perspective on the untapped strength that lies dormant within you!

ENERGIZE YOURSELF!

In stressful, hectic, and challenging times, it's easy to feel sapped of energy. You can either give in to it & allow yourself to sink lower and lower, or you can light your own fire & re-ignite the power and passion in your life.

Here are some of the best ways to re-energize yourself: good nutrition, proper rest, lots of exercise, new activities that challenge your brain &/or body.

This week, tell us what you're doing to stay energized.
