PLAN AHEAD FOR SUCCESS!

Each day, we plan what we're going to do, where we're going to go, who we're going to meet, even what we're going to wear. Why don't we also take the time to plan what we're going to eat?

Planning all your meals, snacks and beverages is the key to success. Whether your goal is weight loss, athletic performance or overall health, it's important to do some advanced planning to make sure your nutrition is balanced.

The BEST way to do this is with our new online nutrition tracking system. The reason we love this system so much is that it keeps track not only of calories, but also of other important nutrients like vitamins, minerals, fiber and sodium. Being too high or too low in any of these areas can affect your health as well as your weight.

Here's what's so fun about this program: you can go to "Find A Meal Plan" and find thousands of balanced meal plans in your calorie range. Then, narrow them down by clicking on the foods you want in your meal plans and deleting the foods you don't want.

Once you choose a good meal plan, you can customize it even more by deleting or adding anything you want. If you do this a day, or better yet a week, ahead of time, you'll have a road map to follow, making it very simple to stay on track. The system will even give you a shopping list!

Whether you use our online system, or you just sit down with pen & paper to create your plan, the most important thing is to FOLLOW IT! If you are offered food that is not on your personal menu plan for the day, PASS IT UP!

Your advanced planning will give you the determination, focus and strength to stay within your recommended calorie intake.

If you've been using our online system, share your thoughts & comments. How is it helping you stay on track?

  1. I loved this system. It takes tracking our eating to a whole new level. It's one thing to count calories but having your nutrients calculated is amazing!!! It's time consuming at first but once you've customized your foods and recipes this will be faster than writing a nutrition journal. Plus, it's only a matter of time before the iPhone gets an App for this. ;-)

  2. Hi Gayane! Yes, you're right! They are actually working on the iphone app. :) But, in the meantime, you can still use the iphone to access the website...just not as easy. We're glad that this system is working for you!
