- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1.5 cups cilantro
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Black pepper or any other sodium-free seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add lemon juice, olive oil and garlic to a blender and blend until garlic is thinly minced.
- Add cilantro to blender and pulse a few times.
- Season tilapia with pepper or other optional spices and then add the sauce to the top of the filet.
- Cook using a panini style grill (recommended) or oven. Both options listed below.
- Panini Style Grill:
- Spray both sides of the grill with olive oil.
- Place filet on grill for 6 minutes to cook one side before closing.
- Then close grill to cook both sides at once for another 6 minutes.
- Oven:
- Preheat to 350 degrees.
- Spray oven-safe dish with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
