Healthy Pita Nachos

INGREDIENTS:
  • Pita chips
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced cucumbers
  • White cannellini beans
  • Low fat shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Trader Joe's Corn & Chili Salsa

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Layer pita chips on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, and cheese on chips. 
  • Place in 300F oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese melts. 
  • Top with corn & chili salsa.
