- Pita chips
- Diced tomatoes
- Diced cucumbers
- White cannellini beans
- Low fat shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Trader Joe's Corn & Chili Salsa
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Layer pita chips on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, and cheese on chips.
- Place in 300F oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- Top with corn & chili salsa.
