RECIPE: "Ditch the Ice Cream" Smoothie

This smoothie is sweet, creamy, and just the fix you need on those hot afternoons when you're craving ice cream.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Simply blend until smooth & enjoy!
