RECIPE: Beet Berry Smoothie


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 sliced steamed baby beets
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ orange
  • 1 teaspoon agave sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients with a powerful mixer. Enjoy!
