- 1 can of salmon, drained
- 4 sprigs of dill, finely chopped
- 1 sprig of green onion (optional), finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons of plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 fuji apple, diced
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- Whole wheat pita bread or tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Serve in pita bread or with whole wheat tortillas.
