RECIPE: Salmon & Dill Salad

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can of salmon, drained
  • 4 sprigs of dill, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig of green onion (optional), finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 fuji apple, diced
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • Whole wheat pita bread or tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. 
  • Serve in pita bread or with whole wheat tortillas.
  • Enjoy!
