This healthy pumpkin pie is delicious and so simple to make!
INGREDIENTS:

- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 container fat-free evaporated milk
- 3 egg whites
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons stevia (optional)
- olive oil spray
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine all ingredient and whisk until smooth.
- Pour into 9” pie pan, lightly sprayed with olive oil.
- Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then 325 for 45-55 minutes.
