RECIPE: Crustless Pumpkin Pie

This healthy pumpkin pie is delicious and so simple to make!

INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 15 oz can pumpkin
    • 1 container fat-free evaporated milk
    • 3 egg whites 
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tablespoons stevia (optional)
    • olive oil spray

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    • Preheat oven to 400.
    • Combine all ingredient and whisk until smooth.
    • Pour into 9” pie pan, lightly sprayed with olive oil.
    • Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then 325 for 45-55 minutes.
