INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 oz. canned salmon
- 3 tablespoons frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Pepper and any sodium-free seasonings to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in pan and add garlic and salmon.
- Sauté five minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add peas, and stir frequently for two more minutes.
- Toss salmon mixture with cooked drained pasta.
- Sprinkle seasonings and pepper to taste.
