INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- fresh thyme to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup almond milk or low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon yogurt butter
- TJ's 21 Seasoning Salute to taste
- Sautee the green onions and garlic.
- Add chicken broth, cauliflower, thyme and water.
- Boil until cauliflower is tender.
- Blend until smooth. (Immersion blender works best. Otherwise, blend in batches in a blender.)
- Add milk, yogurt butter and 21 Seasoning Salute.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
