RECIPE: Mango & Honey Oatmeal

Here's a quick, easy & delicious weekday breakfast:

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1/4 cup dry Quick Cook Steel Cut Oatmeal OR 1 packet instant plain unsweetened oatmeal
  • 1 small mango, diced
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 2 teaspoons honey

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Prepare oatmeal according to package instructions.
  2. Stir in honey.
  3. Top with mangoes and almonds.
  4. Enjoy!
