This simple & healthy chicken recipe is great grilled, but if a grill is not available, you could bake it instead.

- 1/3 can, light coconut milk
- juice of 2 limes
- 3 tablespoons curry
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 chicken breasts
Instructions:
- Mix first seven ingredients together in a shallow baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the dish and marinate for several hours.
- Grill or bake the chicken as desired.
