RECIPE: Mango Delight Smoothie

This delicious, healthy smoothie is the perfect way to cool off during our late summer heat wave! This recipe makes about two servings. 

Ingredients:
  • 1 orange, peeled, halved
  • 1/2 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 mango, peeled, pitted
  • 1/2 medium apple, seeded, halved
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Place all ingredients into your blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  • Turn the blender on low and slowly increase speed to high.
  • Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
