This super healthy, yummy pasta dish looks gourmet, but takes only a few minutes to prepare.

- 1 package whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Black pepper & any other sodium free seasonings of your choice
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- Cook ground turkey in olive oil until meat is browned. Set aside.
- Saute onions and bell peppers in olive oil for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
- Combine turkey, veggies, and pasta. Add curry powder and mix well for 5-7 minutes.
- Add black pepper and any other sodium-free seasonings of your choice.
