Ingredients (for two servings):
- 2 white fish
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 small bulb of fennel, sliced
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Place fish in an oven-safe deep dish with fennel, onions & Brussels sprouts.
- Sprinkle on black pepper, 21 Seasoning Salute, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
- Serve with brown rice and green salad.
