RECIPE: White Fish with Brussels Sprouts & Fennel

Fish is a very important part of a healthy diet. Fish and other seafood are major sources of healthful long-chain omega-3 fats and are also rich in other nutrients such as vitamin D and selenium, high in protein, and low in saturated fat.

Here's a simple & delicious recipe to try.

Ingredients (for two servings):
  • 2 white fish
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 small bulb of fennel, sliced
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Place fish in an oven-safe deep dish with fennel, onions & Brussels sprouts. 
  • Sprinkle on black pepper, 21 Seasoning Salute, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Bake in oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
  • Serve with brown rice and green salad.
