- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup dry quinoa
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup whole almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon agave (optional)
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions, using almond milk as liquid.
- After quinoa is cooked, stir in mashed bananas and cinnamon.
- Next, mix in sliced bananas and almonds.
- Transfer to a bowl and enjoy.
