Ingredients:
- One slice of Ezekiel Sesame Seed Bread
- 4 thin slices of tomato
- 1 thin slice of onion
- 1/2 dill pickle, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- 1/4 small avocado
- 2 basil leaves
Instructions:
- Slice the tomato, onion & dill pickle paper thin.
- Spread mustard over bread.
- Layer the sliced vegetables onto the bread.
- Mash the avocado on top.
- Toast in a toaster oven for eight minutes.
- Garnish with basil leaves
- Enjoy!
