RECIPE: Brunch Toast

Tired of the same old breakfast? Try this simple, tasty and quick brunch toast. 

Makes 1 serving
167 calories per serving

Ingredients:
  • One slice of Ezekiel Sesame Seed Bread
  • 4 thin slices of tomato 
  • 1 thin slice of onion 
  • 1/2 dill pickle, thinly sliced 
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard 
  • 1/4 small avocado 
  • 2 basil leaves 

Instructions:
  • Slice the tomato, onion & dill pickle paper thin.
  • Spread mustard over bread.
  • Layer the sliced vegetables onto the bread.
  • Mash the avocado on top.
  • Toast in a toaster oven for eight minutes.
  • Garnish with basil leaves
  • Enjoy!
