- 1 cup fresh lemon verbena
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 tbs lemon infused olive oil
- Himalayan salt
- juice of 1 small lemon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply mix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Spread on whole grain bread for a pesto sandwich or use in pasta or salad.
