INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chili powder, for sprinkling
- A pinch of sea salt, for sprinkling
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Remove the ribs from kale and cut leaves into 2 inch pieces.
- Lay on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt, and chili powder.
- Bake until crisp (approx 20 min) turning kale over halfway through (at about 10 minute mark).
- Serve as finger food.
