RECIPE: Broccoli Slaw

Here's an easy and delicious way to get more good-for-you broccoli into your diet!

Ingredients:
  • 1 package Trader Joe's broccoli slaw 
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Chill for 2 hours and serve.
