RECIPE: Avocado Yogurt Dip


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt 
  • 2 avocados, pitted & peeled 
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled 
  • 1 lime, peeled & halved 
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, halved, seeds & membranes removed (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place yogurt, avocado, garlic, lime and jalapeno pepper into blender in order listed and secure lid.

2. Blend 30 seconds or until creamy.

3. Add cilantro if desired. Blend 15 seconds.

4. Enjoy with lots of fresh raw veggies & a few pita or lentil chips.
