- 1 cup low-fat organic cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup chopped cantaloupe (optional: ½ cup cantaloupe & ½ cup other melon)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese and honey until smooth.
2. Top with melon and mint.
