RECIPE: Honey Whipped Cottage Cheese w/ Cantaloupe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup low-fat organic cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe (optional: ½ cup cantaloupe & ½ cup other melon) 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.   In a blender, combine cottage cheese and honey until smooth.
2.   Top with melon and mint.

Makes 1 serving (203 calories per serving)
