RECIPE: Almond Date Bars

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup of raw almonds 
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 1-1.5 tablespoons of water
  • Optional ingredients in instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Blend or mix all ingredients.
  • Take out the mixture and shape into four small bars.
  • OPTIONAL: Add a couple of chocolate chips when shaping and top with coconut flakes.
  • Eat & enjoy!
