- 1/2 cup of raw almonds
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1-1.5 tablespoons of water
- Optional ingredients in instructions.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend or mix all ingredients.
- Take out the mixture and shape into four small bars.
- OPTIONAL: Add a couple of chocolate chips when shaping and top with coconut flakes.
- Eat & enjoy!
