INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup of either Almond milk or Light Coconut milk (or a blend of both)
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (Gretchen recommends Garden of Life's Raw Protein)
- 1-2 tsp cardamom powder, per your taste (this is what makes the shake extra special!)
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
