RECIPE: Banana Cardamom Protein Smoothie


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup of either Almond milk or Light Coconut milk (or a blend of both)
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (Gretchen recommends Garden of Life's Raw Protein)
  • 1-2 tsp cardamom powder, per your taste (this is what makes the shake extra special!)
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Simply blend until smooth.
