RECIPE: Lemon Verena Pesto

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup fresh lemon verbena
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 tbs lemon infused olive oil
  • Himalayan salt
  • juice of 1 small lemon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Simply mix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.

SERVING SUGGESTION: 

Spread on whole grain bread for a pesto sandwich or use in pasta or salad.
