- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ½ pound of salmon
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- Black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
For Salmon:
- Mix first four ingredients well and rub salmon with half the mixture.
- Place salmon on grill or oiled pan for 3-5 minutes. Flip to other side for another 3-5 minutes.
- Once salmon turns white, it is cooked.
- Remove from heat and add remaining mixture on top.
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Place Brussels sprouts on baking sheet, and sprinkle pepper, and olive oil equally all over.
- Place in oven for 25 mins.
