RECIPE: Mango Blueberry Parfait

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fresh Mango (cubed)
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Vanilla or Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons raw slivered almonds

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • In a glass or goblet, layer mangoes and blueberries. 
  • Top fruit with yogurt. 
  • Repeat layers.  
  • Sprinkle almonds on top and enjoy!
