INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 banana (frozen makes a thicker shake)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries or blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 2 tablespoons raw wheat germ or flax seed
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Simply blend all ingredients together & enjoy!
