RECIPE: Breakfast Smoothie

Wake up to a delicious, nutritious & 
simple breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana (frozen makes a thicker shake)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons raw wheat germ or flax seed

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Simply blend all ingredients together & enjoy!
