RECIPE: Breakfast Apple Sandwich

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 avocado, cut into thin slices
  • 1/4 Fuji apple, cut into thin slices
  • 1 whole grain English muffin, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cook egg in pan (any style you prefer). 
  2. Toast English muffin, and layer egg on muffin. 
  3. Place apple slices on egg and top with avocado pieces.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
