RECIPE: Kale Chips

These crispy treats are surprisingly delicious!

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chili powder, for sprinkling
  • A pinch of sea salt, for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Remove the ribs from kale and cut leaves into 2 inch pieces. 
  3. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt, and chili powder. 
  4. Bake until crisp (approx 20 min) turning kale over halfway through (at about 10 minute mark).
  5. Serve as finger food.
