RECIPE: Banana Egg Pancakes

We love this fun, simple, tasty & healthy breakfast recipe that Nathalie, our nutrition intern from Denmark, shared with us. We think you'll love it too!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg 
INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Blend the two ingredients. 
    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Pour 1/4 cup of mixture onto the skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
    • Flip with spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
