Nutrition as a Lifestyle, Not an Event

Close to 90% of people who lose weight on a "diet" gain it back within a year! This is not only frustrating, but unhealthy as well.

Many people "go on a diet" because they want to lose weight for a specific event or occasion. But often, when we are "on a diet" we are not practicing eating habits that we can sustain over a long period of time.

So what can you do to stop the cycle of yo-yo dieting to finally lose weight and keep it off for good? The key is to think of your nutrition as a lifestyle, not an event.

To achieve and maintain a healthy weight for the rest of your life, it is essential that you find a nutrition plan (not a diet) that works for YOU.

A nutrition plan incorporates a wide variety of healthful foods in the right portions in order to get the correct number of calories for your body and all the nutrients you need. Click here to read the AAY! basic nutrition plan.
