RECIPE: Baked White Fish

Eating a wide variety of fish can be part of a healthy diet. Fish is a lean, low-calorie, high quality source of protein and contains essential nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. Here's a simple and delicious recipe!

Makes 4 servings. 175 calories per serving.

Ingredients:
  • 16 oz. white fish fillets (cod or tilapia or any white flaky fish will do)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 large or 3 small garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 
  • 1/8 cup grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
  • Place fish fillets on baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and brush on top side of fish until covered.
  • Bake in oven for 12 minutes at 450 degrees. 
  • Enjoy!
