Ingredients:
- 16 oz. white fish fillets (cod or tilapia or any white flaky fish will do)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 large or 3 small garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 cup grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Place fish fillets on baking sheet lined with foil.
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and brush on top side of fish until covered.
- Bake in oven for 12 minutes at 450 degrees.
