In stressful, hectic, and challenging times, it's easy to feel sapped of energy. You can either give in to it & allow yourself to sink lower and lower, or you can light your own fire & re-ignite the power and passion in your life.
Here are some of the best ways to re-energize yourself: good nutrition, proper rest, lots of exercise, new activities that challenge your brain &/or body.

This week I'm challenging myself to take out my bicycle and join the cycling group! Even though I exercise a lot, I have not ridden my bike in YEARS! This is a great opportunity to add a new activity into my life. Thanks, Ashley, for getting this started for us!

This week I am challenging myself to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables to stay more energized.
ReplyDeleteChallenging myself to go to bed 30 minutes earlier (in order to forgo the afternoon nap that sometimes creeps into my day).
