RECIPE: Overnight Oatmeal

If your mornings are rushed, it's nice to have a healthy, go-to breakfast ready for you the moment you wake up. You can make overnight oatmeal in mason jars and store them in the fridge for up to three days.

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of TJ's frozen Very Cherry Berry Blend or any frozen berries
  • 1/3-1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal 
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or cinnamon (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or any other small container with lid.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
