INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of TJ's frozen Very Cherry Berry Blend or any frozen berries
- 1/3-1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey or cinnamon (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar or any other small container with lid.
- Stir well.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
